Key Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a full refund.

How to Return an Item

  1. Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return.
  2. Request a return authorization and print the provided shipping label.
  3. Pack the items securely in their original packaging.
  4. Drop off the package at any authorized shipping location.
